The Administrator of Users’ personal data of the Services is Steelcon SP. z o.o. located in Warblewo, Warblewo 24A, 76 – 200 Słupsk, registered in the Business Register of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000228529, with NIP 8392649081, REGON 77127592600000 and a share capital of 458,800.00 PLN [dalej Administrator] .

2. The protection of Users’ private information is a priority for the Administrator. Therefore, the Administrator makes every effort to ensure that Users can feel comfortable and safe while using the Services.

3. This Privacy Policy applies to all private information, including Users’ personal data, that is collected and processed through the Services.

Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Administrator

Google Analitycs, HotJar

1. Additionally, for statistical and analytical purposes, the Administrator uses Google Analytics and HotJar. The Administrator does not provide personal data to the operator of these services, only anonymized information. The service relies on the use of cookies on the user’s device. Regarding information about the user’s preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/. These tools allow the Administrator to obtain information about viewing statistics, traffic on the Service, basic demographic data, etc. Furthermore, Google Analytics also enables the creation of aggregate interest reports. This data is statistical in nature and cannot be linked to specific users or IP addresses. This data is used by the Administrator to analyze user behavior, with the goal of optimizing and improving the Services provided.
